Step 5 of 5 - your estimate
An estimate is an approximate price, that may change depending on what I find after the Service Period starts. A quotation is an agreed fixed price.
If you have a couple of photos handy — the whole bike and a close-up of the problem — attaching them helps me quote accurately. But don't worry if you're not near the bike right now; just message me and we can sort photos afterwards.
